We had a great screening and reception at the NewFilmmakers LA screening. Such great people that run the program. It's a series that screens a selected amount of short films one night each month. We were lucky to be selected to screen on July 11th to a packed house. Good friends turned out and we had a fun night. Here's a couple photos... (yes I'm under dressed, and yes I'm holding a beer.)

Then there was the Downtown Film Festival Los Angeles. We were very lucky to be recognized at this festival! We got Honorable Mention for Best Short Film and Celeste received Honorable Mention for Best Performance by an Actress!!!!
On the heels of that good news we heard we won Best of Show at the Best Shorts Competition! Amazing! We haven't received our statuette for this yet, but will definitely post a photo when it arrives!
So that brings us pretty current. Coming up we have HollyShorts Film Festival. We screen on August 13th at 1:30p at the infamous Chinese 6 Theaters in Hollywood. Really looking forward to that.
We are also proud to be screening at the Columbia Gorge Film Festival. We don't know which date yet but the festival run August 15-19 in Vancouver, WA.
We just learned that we have been accepted to screen at the Big Bear Lake International Film Festival. I mean, just going up to the lake alone is gonna be fun, let alone being apart of this great festival. This festival runs September 14-16. More info to follow on that.
There are a couple other festivals that we know we've been accepted to, but cannot announce them yet. We have to wait for their official press release. But needless to say we are super amped and can't wait to share the news with ya'll. We'll definitely keep you posted!
